Cliath Inlet
Early residents found this Inlet quite inhospitable, with humid summers that brought airborne illness and harsh winters with strong winds and snowfall off the ocean. Many took to higher ground, but those who remained here are stronger for it. Years of poor drainage and non-use has left this place a shallow ocean, two feet deep except for a few rather large holes that seem bottomless. There is however a bright side to all of this; there are large caverns, hollowed out from years of erosion that sit just above the waterline offering a dry place to reside.
