» General

• In order to enjoy the benefits of full membership, all members are required to register their account under New Member Applications.
  
  
• Perfect characters are bothersome, so we recommend your character to have some flaws physically or mentally (ex: shy, socially inept, easily angered... etc.) to avoid being a pariah. After all, we want everyone (as much as possible) to have a fantastic time while a part of our site.
  
  
• An admin’s word is law, if we contact you about something… we suggest you listen. While we’re all pretty easy to get along with, so don’t be scared, we are still in charge of the site as well as the welfare site-wise of all who join.
  
  
• Graphic content is not permitted on Tuathia as it conflicts with the terms and policies of our host.
  
  
• No power playing or god modding without the proper consent of the other player.
  
  
• All pictures, tables, and other content is strictly copy-righted to their original owners. Anyone caught using or distributing art or codes that were not made (with permission of the stock users) for/by them will risk a reprimand or possible deletion without prior notice.
  
  
• No cliques! We understand that certain people tend to mesh together, but try to spread out so no one gets left out. It's really unfair.
  
  
• 200 word limit to all character posts.
  

» Claiming & Stealing

• Only stallions may claim a herdland or mares.
  
  
• A player may not preside over more than one lands, nor hold more than one herd leading ranks or more than one high rank. (ex: Alpha, Beta, Gamma.)
  
  
• Steals and/or challenges can be made both in riddle format or statements - whichever the player decides.
  
  
• To successfully steal a land takes 7 days if the challenger does not get caught before the deadline. For mares it is 3 days.
  
  
• Alpha and Beta lands or leads may not be stolen or challenged for these ranks are held on a try-out basis and will be granted accordingly at the admin's discretion. However their mares can be stolen. Gamma lands are the ONLY ranking lands that can be claimed or stolen.
  
  
• You can only attempt to steal a Gamma land once every two weeks with only ONE stallion.
  
  
• You may not steal/challenge for a land or mares if the player is on a valid absence. (Absences can be found in the Tome of Knowledge.)
  
  
• Do not make multiple stealing attempts at once. The limit of attempts per player per season is 2.
  
  
• If the lead stallion is absent for longer than 2 weeks (unless prior arrangements have been made with the admin team), his land and mares are automatically forfeit.
  

» Fighting

• All legitimate fighting must be executed on the correct board for admin validation.
  
  
• If you have been caught stealing or challenging for a land or mares, the attacker and the defender each have 7 posts.
  
  
• You may not dodge or parry every blow nor will you land every strike... keep it realistic. Failure to do so will result in an automatic defeat.
  
  
• You may not steal/challenge for a land or mares if the player is on a valid absence. (Absences can be found in the Tome of Knowledge.)
  

» Procreation

• Breeding and birthing can only occur in Spring and Summer, any breeding/birthing attempted out of season will result in stillborns. (After all, we give you plenty of time to knock out those primal urges during the season.)
  
  
• Breeding and birthing are only permitted in the designated lands, this is so the admins may keep track to grant stats as well as to update our records.
  
  
• Twins will be granted at random, don't ask for them.
  
  
• Failure to post stats will result in a stillborn, there are no exceptions aside from a valid absence.
  
  
• You may not breed the same year you give birth or vice versa.
  

» Other

• No spirits/ghosts. Once the character has passed, then that character can no longer be played. The only exception to this rule is during The Hallow's event.
  
  
• No drama. If you have beef with someone... cook it somewhere else.
